He was appeared as a guest on almost every radio comedy program and had his work featured in Triple M/Today Network’s ‘Homegrown Humor Series’. He alsoproduced and broadcast his own show on Bondi FM, Sydney. He has appeared on virtually worth remembering TV comedy show, and has still been able to author two books.
Jason Rash Ryder performs regularly at the Happy Endings Comedy Club alongside other comedians like Jackie Loeb and Aaron Counter. He’s also an accomplished writer and the Director of the Australian Comedy Writers Agency.
Over 25yrs Jason has amassed a huge profile of live comedy. Since 1989, Jason has performed at all major festivals including the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Festival, Carnegie Hall in London, Yankee Stadium in New York and The Masonic Hall in Dubbo!. Touring extensively throughout regional Australia Jason has twice been nominated for the ”MO Comic of the Year Award”.
Film and television have taken to Jason’s style and talent and look with him receiving well over 100 appearances on Australian screens including guest spots on some of Australia’s most popular shows. Jason was also one of the Comedy Channels favourite host/presenters for numerous productions . Jason also produced his own shows for the Comedy Channel. “Dawn And Barry” a clay animation production reviewing the Olympics, with a 6hr live to air turn over. It was a world first! Thanks for the query, the Beersheba Ball was a great success and everybody commented on how good the entertainment was in particular the comedian. Jason arrived early and was well presented for the occasion. He started about 2100 hrs and finished about 2140 hrs. He was very funny and engaged with the crowd enthusiastically. We were able to provide him a meal (one of the spares) and he donated a DVD to the raffle and another to the Alex Wilson Club. If you could pass on our thanks to him again that would be greatly appreciated.
We run a Ball at about the same time each year (end of Oct) and the entertainment type varies each time. Due to the success of this year we would certainly consider using your services again next year if the committee decides to run with a comedian again (or Band/ DJ/ The comedy Trivia also looks good).”

On recommendation from Cheyne Horan (Surfing World Champion), Burleigh Boardriders contacted Rash Ryder to be the standup comedian at the Annual Single Fin Charity Luncheon.
Rash certainly does not disappoint. He did his stand up routine for 45 minutes keeping the whole crowd entertained and in stitches. His routine was hilarious and made the event a memorable one for all who attended.

When Cronulla Sharks boardriders celebrated our 25th anniversary,we hired Jason (Rash Ryder) as our entertainment.
The night was a massive success with over 200 people turning out at Miranda hotel.
Jason told us to use him early which good advice was because things did turn a little raucous as the night went on, funnily enough.
