Armed with a Degree in Sociology and Theatre and Film studies from the University of New South Wales, Linda Grasso comes well-qualified. Linda Grasso is a multi-faceted personality, with a long string of awards for excellence in acting, writing and film production in Australia, as well as abroad.
A few of her award-winning films are My Two Lives, Wishful Thinking and Stretching the Friendship. She received the People’s Choice Award for My Two Lives as Los Angeles, and Wishful Thinking won her the first prize under the category of Best Short Film in the Penrith Panthers Film Festival. Linda also won the Make Us Laugh comedy competition at the Blacktown RSL Club.
More recently, Linda Grasso features in Brothel where she plays the role of a sophisticated madam. Linda plays the divorcee in a graphic design business that is not doing well in another film entitled Starting from Now as part of a web series. Her regular television feature,Trish’s Top Tips which deals with issues about today’s single women is also hugely popular. She appeared in Rock Chikz, a sitcom where she tantalizes her audiences with her energetic performance as a singer in an all-female rock band.
Linda Grasso is also very active in theatre productions. Some of her latest theatre productions include Hell Hath Three Furies, A Dinner with a View and one that she has written and directed herself, Fruit and Veg.
